The Gym Is Scary – Tips For Getting Started!

The Gym Is Scary – Tips For Getting Started!

I know that sounds a bit strange, but the gym can be an intimidating place. WATER!!! It’s Important – So Drink It!

I came across a post on my Facebook timeline this week and a friend of mine was trying different ways of tricking herself into drinking more water. I’ve always enjoyed drinking water so it’s new to me to find out that people don’t actually enjoy it themselves. (more…)

Tonight I celebrated my healthy achievements with some saaaa-weeeeeet sushi and it was amazing… as always. (more…)

Adventures In Les Mills RPM Training

During the last weekend in February, I took a weekend long course learning the in’s and out’s of teaching the Les Mills RPM Program, a first step in ultimately becoming an instructor. I was soooo excited for training, and since then I’ve spent two months team teaching awesome riders with two of (in my opinion) the best instructors in Toronto. (more…)
