  1. Rip the kale leaves off of the stems. Place on a tinfoil lined baking sheet. Drizzle a small amount of EVOO and seasoning of your choice. Mix around but lay the leaves flat out again and evenly dispersed. Bake kale at 450F until the outter edges are turning brown and the leaves are crispy.
  2. Heat a small amount of EVOO in a pan, and when pan is hot, place tofu in and fry until it’s as crispy as you’d like it.
  3. Spread wrap out on a plate, spread hummus all across it.
  4. Add basil, onions, avocado, tomato, kale, tofu and any additional seasons or toppings that you’d want. Roll up and enjoy!
