About – SarahOhm.com

Sarah started blogging back in 2011 with her previous blog entitled “My (mostly) Healthy Life“. It was a fitness and health based blog where she documented her nutrition as well as her workouts. She ran the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Half-Marathon in 2012 and documented all of her training and experiences leading up to the race. By this point, blogging had become a big part of her life and she didn’t want to give it up.Screenshot 2016-03-26 10

She moved out of the fitness industry at the end of 2013 and decided to go back to school full-time in January of 2014. She is now finishing her Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Marketing at George Brown College is going to Ryerson University to complete her Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with a Marketing Major in September 2016.

When she left her full-time position in the fitness industry she found it was only suiting to revamp her blog as well. Her life no longer focused on health and fitness and she wanted to be able to document everything she was doing in her life, so her blog name changed to what is now SarahOhm.com and is now trying to blog about everything from fashion, to fitness, to dating!

If she’s not at home studying until the wee hours of the night, she is out socializing in Toronto and attending different events! She loves to network and meet new people and always wants to experience new things. She has a little obsession with footwear (Manolo FTW), Starbucks, books, wine, and sleeping in (when she can). She loves fashion and beauty and hopes to somehow work in that industry someday.

She holds a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion from Fanshawe College, and is in semester 5 of the Advanced Marketing Diploma at George Brown College, is a freelance writer focusing on fashion/beauty/wellness for a technology company, served as a Public Relations/Digital Marketing Intern at Eligible Magazine for about a year and is currently part of the TEDxToronto Marketing Team as the Blogger and E-mail Blast Coordinator.

  1. Hi Sarah, thanks for your blogging! I read about your experience with Latisse awhile ago. Can u tell me how much it is and how I can get one from the Plastics Clinic? Thanks

    • Hey Judy! I think it’s about $150 – $200 per bottle depending on the size. Just visit a clinic and they’ll give you a consult and sell it to you if you need it! 🙂

  2. Cool blog – nice format!
